Schuck welding sleeve SMU-R DN080 88.9/76.1 mm

The Schuck push-on sleeves enable reliable and durable connection between pipe ends in gas pipeline systems. The self-sealing sleeve is simply pushed over the pipe ends and ensures a strong, leak-free and permanent connection after welding. This guarantees that the pipeline can withstand high pressure and loads.

Product Features

This SMU-R sleeve is equipped with two push on connections with a reducing side, one side has a connection of 88,9 mm and the other side has a connection of 76,1 mm. It has a solid construction of koolstofstaal and is suitable for gas up to PN 16. The self-sealing EPDM ring provides a temporary gasket, so that the push-on sleeve can be welded under a reduced pressure of up to 1 bar. This ensures minimal downtime of the gas pipeline. The total length of the welding sleeve is 460 mm.
