Schuck welding sleeve SMU-R DN125 133.0/114.3 mm

The Schuck push-on sleeves enable reliable and durable connection between pipe ends in gas pipeline systems. The self-sealing sleeve is simply pushed over the pipe ends and ensures a strong, leak-free and permanent connection after welding. This guarantees that the pipeline can withstand high pressure and loads.

Product Features

This SMU-R sleeve is equipped with two push on connections with a reducing side, one side has a connection of 133 mm and the other side has a connection of 114,3 mm. It has a solid construction of koolstofstaal and is suitable for gas up to PN 16. The self-sealing EPDM ring allows the push-on sleeve to be welded at a reduced pressure of up to 1 bar because it provides a temporary gasket. This ensures minimal downtime of the gas pipeline. The total length of the welding sleeve is 500 mm.
