The Schuck push-on sleeve offers a reliable and durable solution for connecting pipe ends in gas pipeline systems. The self-sealing sleeve is simply pushed over the pipe ends, and after welding, a strong, leak-free and permanent connection is created. This ensures that the gas pipeline can withstand high pressures and loads.

Product Features

This SMU-R sleeve is equipped with two push on connections with a reducing side, one side has a connection of 219,1 mm and the other side has a connection of 216 mm. The sleeve is made of koolstofstaal and is suitable for gas up to PN 16. A self-sealing EPDM ring provides a temporary gasket, allowing the push-on sleeve to be welded at a reduced pressure of 1 bar. This ensures minimal downtime of the gas pipeline. The total length of the welding sleeve is 500 mm.
