What does the AssetGuard Trafo do?
The AssetGuard Trafo is installed in both new and existing transformer housings and measures the voltage (3-phase to neutral) and current. External sensors are then installed around the transformer:
Smoke detector – detects smoke development
Oil level – low oil level warning
Oil temperature sensor (PT100) – overheating alert
Water detection sensor – water intrusion alert
Temperature and humidity sensor – monitoring ambient conditions
External sensors are not included and are available as options.
