This robust filter unit has been developed to filter industrial compressed air from a compressor into clean, fresh breathing air. The unit contains a heavy-duty SR 292 filter cartridge with a P3 filter for dust and mist and an active 500-gram carbon filter for filtering organic gases and vapors. An automatic water separator collects condensation.
The unit can be easily connected to the existing compressed air line. The inlet has a 1/2" BSP thread. There are two standard cap-offable outlets for clean breathing air. Using a Y-piece, up to three users can be connected to the two outlets with Sundström breathing air hoses SR 358, SR 359 (antistatic) and SR 360 (spiral hose) up to 30 m in length.
In addition to clean air, the SR 99-1 also provides wearers of respiratory protection with very refreshing and cooling air in physically demanding conditions or at high ambient temperatures.
The SR 99-1 can be positioned flexibly. It can be placed on the work floor or mounted on a wall or rack using two lock holes in the housing.
Compatible with all Airline masks, hoods, face shields, and accessories from Sundström.
