Application

For intensive industrial cleaning in the meat and fish processing industry, the Biovast Red is an excellent choice. This NBR hose has excellent resistance to aging and wear and can easily be rolled up on a reel. In addition, the Biovast Red is also suitable for the transport of aqueous, acidic, alcoholic (up to 70%) or fatty liquid foodstuffs.

Range

Available in inner diameter from 13mm to 25mm. Standard roll length is 20, 40 or 60 meters depending on diameter.

• Temperature range: -20°C to +100°C (+165°C at saturated steam)
• Working pressure: up to 20 bar (6 bar with saturated steam)
• Burst pressure: 60 bar

Inspection, repair, testing and certification

Our service does not end with the delivery of your hose. We also carry out inspections on hose assemblies in our own test center or on your company location. We repair hoses, test them and provide a test certificate.
