Application

The Biovast hose is an excellent choice for intensive industrial cleaning in the food industry. This NBR/PVC hose has excellent resistance to aging and wear and can easily be rolled up on a reel. In addition, the Boovast is also suitable for transporting aqueous, acidic, alcoholic (up to 70%) or fatty liquid foodstuffs.

Range

Available in inner diameter from 13mm to 25mm. Standard roll length is 20 to 80 meters depending on diameter.

• Temperature range: -20°C to +100°C (+165°C at saturated steam)
• Working pressure: up to 20 bar (6 bar with saturated steam)
• Burst pressure: 60 bar

• FDA Regulation No. 21 CFR 177.2600.
• German legislation: BfR recommendation XXI cat. 2.
• French legislation: All relevant migration tests (France and FDA) have been performed by the French Institute of Poitiers (IANESCO) and found to be compliant.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification

Our service does not end with the delivery of your hose. We also carry out inspections on hose assemblies in our own test center or on your company location. We repair hoses, test them and provide a test certificate.
