Application

The Trelleborg Alikler G2 is a safe and reliable solution for transporting liquid foodstuffs. The NBR/PVC hose can be steam sterilized up to 130°C. The Alikler D is constructed in such a way that it returns to its original shape after denting. The hose is often used for discharge of liquid foodstuff like milk, vegetable oil, fat, fruit juices and alcoholic drinks (up to 95% alcohol). But also for the pressureless transport of dry powdery foodstuffs.

Range

Available in inner diameter 25mm up to and including 150mm. Standard roll length 10, 20 or 40 meters, depending on diameter.

• FDA Regulation No. 21 CFR 177.2600.

• French legislation: All relevant migration tests (France and FDA) have been performed by the French Institute of Poitiers (IANESCO) and found to be compliant.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification

Our service does not end with the delivery of your hose. We also carry out inspections on hose assemblies in our own test center or on your company location. We repair hoses, test them and provide a test certificate.
