Trelleborg water and steam hose Petrovast rubber

Application

The Petrovast is a reliable heavy duty rubber hose. For heavy industrial cleaning and the transfer of saturated and superheated steam, this hose is the safe choice. The inside of the hose is made of smooth and wear-resistant EPDM. The braiding is made of brass coated steel.

Range

Available in inner diameter from 9.5mm (3/8") up to and including 51mm (2"). Standard roll lengths ranging from 15 meters to 60 meters.

Characteristics

• Temperature range: -40°C to 120°C (water) | +210 °C (saturated steam) | +230°C (superheated steam).
• Working pressure: up to 60 bar (water) | 18 bar (steam).
• Electrically: conductive tube and cover R <10^6Ω/lg.

Standards and Approvals

• ISO 6134:2017 type 2 class A.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification
