Product Features

The coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron and is corrosion resistant. Noise and vibration are reduced thanks to the NBR gasket. The coupling has a wide range from a minimum of 47,9 mm to a maximum of 51,3 mm and can withstand a working pressure up to 46,6 bar. The coupling can withstand angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°), preventing minor misalignments or bends.

Installation

The fixed, non-rotating bolt head of only one bolt size (M12) over the entire range and one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials makes the coupling quick and easy to install. The coupling is also equipped with one locating plug. Because this is removable, it ensures that the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends. Once installed, this plug prevents the coupling from moving outside the set limits due to vibrations.
