Product Features

The marine coupling, made of galvanized ductile iron, is corrosion resistant and the NBR gasket reduces noise and vibration. The coupling has a wide range from a minimum of 75,3 mm to a maximum of 79,1 mm and can withstand a working pressure up to 46,6 bar. Bends or minor alignment errors can be prevented because the coupling can withstand an angular deflection of up to 6° (2x 3°).

Installation

Installing the marine couplings is quick and easy thanks to the fixed, non-rotating bolt head with one bolt size (M12) over the entire range and one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. In addition, this coupling has one locating plug. Because this plug can be removed, the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends during installation. After installation, this ensures that the coupling remains securely in place on the pipes and cannot move due to vibrations.
