Product Features

The coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron. The coupling is not only corrosion resistant, but also has a NBR gasket that reduces noise and vibration. The coupling has a wide range from a minimum of 88,1 mm to a maximum of 91,9 mm and can withstand a working pressure up to 46,6 bar. Maximum angular deflection of 6° (2x 3°) is possible, easily compensating for minor misalignments or bends.

Installation

Installing the marine coupling is quick and easy as the captive, non-rotating bolt head has only one bolt size (M12) over the entire range with one bolt torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. In addition, this coupling has one locating plug. Thanks to this removable plug, the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends during installation. Once installed, it ensures that the coupling is securely connected to the pipe ends and cannot move due to vibrations.
