Product Features

This marine coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron and is corrosion resistant. Thanks to the NBR gasket, noise and vibration are reduced. The coupling can withstand a working pressure up to 46,6 bar and has a wide range from a minimum of 95,8 mm to a maximum of 100,2 mm. The coupling can withstand angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°), eliminating bends or minor misalignments.

Installation

The marine coupling is quick and easy to install as it features a fixed, non-rotating bolt head with a single bolt size (M12) over the entire range and one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. In addition, this coupling has one locating plug. Because this plug can be removed, the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends during installation. After installation, this ensures that the coupling remains securely in place on the pipes and cannot move due to vibrations.
