Product Features

This marine coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron and is corrosion resistant. Thanks to the NBR gasket, noise and vibration are reduced. The coupling has a connection size of 1016 mm. The coupling can withstand angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°), preventing minor misalignments or bends.

Installation

Installation of the marine coupling is quick and easy due to the fixed, non-rotating bolt head of only one bolt size (M12) over the entire range with one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. Furthermore, this coupling comes with 3 removable fixation plugs for easy installation over pipe ends. Once installed, these plugs ensure that the coupling is securely fixed between the pipe ends, preventing the couplings from moving due to vibrations.
