Product Features

The coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron and is corrosion resistant. Noise and vibration are reduced thanks to the NBR gasket. The coupling can withstand a working pressure up to 46,6 bar and has a wide range from a minimum of 107,2 mm to a maximum of 111 mm. Bends or minor alignment errors can be prevented because the coupling can withstand an angular deflection of up to 6° (2x 3°).

Installation

The marine coupling is quick and easy to install as it features a fixed, non-rotating bolt head with a single bolt size (M12) over the entire range and one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. The coupling is also equipped with one locating plug. Because this is removable, it ensures that the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends. Once installed, this plug prevents the coupling from moving outside the set limits due to vibrations.
