Product Features

The marine coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron and is corrosion resistant. In addition, the NBR gasket protects against noise and vibration. The coupling has a wide range from a minimum of 113,5 mm to a maximum of 120,2 mm and can withstand a working pressure up to 16,6 bar. The coupling can withstand angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°), preventing minor misalignments or bends.

Installation

Installing the marine coupling is quick and easy as the captive, non-rotating bolt head has only one bolt size (M12) over the entire range with one bolt torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. In addition, this coupling has one locating plug. Because this plug can be removed, the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends during installation. After installation, this ensures that the coupling remains securely in place on the pipes and cannot move due to vibrations.
