Product Features

The coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron and is corrosion resistant. Noise and vibration are reduced thanks to the NBR gasket. The coupling has a wide range from a minimum of 138,9 mm to a maximum of 142,7 mm and can withstand a working pressure up to 44 bar. Bends or minor alignment errors can be prevented because the coupling can withstand an angular deflection of up to 6° (2x 3°).

Installation

With its fixed, non-rotating bolt head and one bolt size (M12) over the entire range and one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials, the marine coupling is quick and easy to install. In addition, this coupling has one locating plug. Because this plug can be removed, the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends during installation. After installation, this ensures that the coupling remains securely in place on the pipes and cannot move due to vibrations.
