Product Features

The marine coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron and is corrosion resistant. In addition, the NBR gasket protects against noise and vibration. The coupling can withstand a working pressure up to 36,9 bar and has a wide range from a minimum of 167,5 mm to a maximum of 172,3 mm. The coupling can withstand angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°), eliminating bends or minor misalignments.

Installation

Installing the marine coupling is quick and easy as the captive, non-rotating bolt head has only one bolt size (M12) over the entire range with one bolt torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. In addition, this coupling has one locating plug. Thanks to this removable plug, the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends during installation. Once installed, it ensures that the coupling is securely connected to the pipe ends and cannot move due to vibrations.
