Product Features

The marine coupling, made of galvanized ductile iron, is corrosion resistant. In addition, noise and vibration are reduced by the gasket of NBR. The coupling has a wide range from a minimum of 192,2 mm to a maximum of 196,7 mm and can withstand a working pressure up to 32,2 bar. Angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°) is possible, which means that minor misalignments or bends are effortlessly compensated.

Installation

Installing the marine couplings is quick and easy thanks to the fixed, non-rotating bolt head with one bolt size (M12) over the entire range and one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. In addition, this coupling has one locating plug. Thanks to this removable plug, the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends during installation. Once installed, it ensures that the coupling is securely connected to the pipe ends and cannot move due to vibrations.
