Product Features

The coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron and is corrosion resistant. Noise and vibration are reduced thanks to the NBR gasket. The coupling can withstand a working pressure up to 34,8 bar and has a wide range from a minimum of 272,2 mm to a maximum of 276,5 mm. The coupling can withstand angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°), eliminating bends or minor misalignments.

Installation

The fixed, non-rotating bolt head of only one bolt size (M12) over the entire range and one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials makes the coupling quick and easy to install. The coupling is also equipped with 2 removable fixation plugs that make it easy to slide the coupling over pipe ends during installation. Once installed, these plugs ensure that the coupling is firmly fixed between the pipe ends, preventing it from moving beyond its limits due to vibrations.
