Viking Johnson marine couplings are designed to tackle the challenges of the most demanding marine environments. Since ships are exposed to waves and motion, it is essential that the pipelines are flexible enough to accommodate these dynamics without sustaining damage. Viking Johnson offers an unmatched combination of flexibility, durability and ease of installation with their non-restraint marine couplings.
The marine coupling, made of galvanized ductile iron, is corrosion resistant. In addition, noise and vibration are reduced by the gasket of NBR. The coupling can withstand a working pressure up to 23,2 bar and has a connection size of 355,6 mm. Bends or minor alignment errors can be prevented because the coupling can withstand an angular deflection of up to 6° (2x 3°).
