Product Features

The coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron. The coupling is not only corrosion resistant, but also has a NBR gasket that reduces noise and vibration. The coupling has a connection size of 508 mm and can withstand a working pressure up to 27,4 bar. The coupling can withstand angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°), eliminating bends or minor misalignments.

Installation

The fixed, non-rotating bolt head of only one bolt size (M12) over the entire range and one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials makes the coupling quick and easy to install. In addition, this coupling has 3 fixation plugs. Because these plugs can be removed, the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends during installation. After installation, they ensure the coupling remains securely in place on the pipes and cannot move due to vibrations.
