Product Features

This marine coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron and is corrosion resistant. Thanks to the NBR gasket, noise and vibration are reduced. The coupling has a connection size of 610 mm and can withstand a working pressure up to 22,9 bar. Angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°) is possible, which means that minor misalignments or bends are effortlessly compensated.

Installation

Installation of the marine coupling is quick and easy due to the fixed, non-rotating bolt head of only one bolt size (M12) over the entire range with one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. The coupling is also equipped with 3 locating plugs. Because these are removable, this ensures that the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends. Once installed, these plugs prevent the coupling from moving outside the set limits due to vibrations.
