Product Features

The marine coupling, made of galvanized ductile iron, is corrosion resistant and the NBR gasket reduces noise and vibration. The coupling has a connection size of 660 mm and can withstand a working pressure up to 24,3 bar. Maximum angular deflection of 6° (2x 3°) is possible, easily compensating for minor misalignments or bends.

Installation

Installation of the marine coupling is quick and easy due to the fixed, non-rotating bolt head of only one bolt size (M12) over the entire range with one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. The coupling is also equipped with 3 locating plugs. Because these are removable, this ensures that the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends. Once installed, these plugs prevent the coupling from moving outside the set limits due to vibrations.
