Product Features

The coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron. The coupling is not only corrosion resistant, but also has a NBR gasket that reduces noise and vibration. The coupling can withstand a working pressure up to 22,6 bar and has a connection size of 711 mm. Minor bends or misalignments can be easily compensated for due to the possible angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°).

Installation

With its fixed, non-rotating bolt head and one bolt size (M12) over the entire range and one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials, the marine coupling is quick and easy to install. The coupling is also equipped with 3 removable fixation plugs that make it easy to slide the coupling over pipe ends during installation. Once installed, these plugs ensure that the coupling is firmly fixed between the pipe ends, preventing it from moving beyond its limits due to vibrations.
