Product Features

The coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron. The coupling is not only corrosion resistant, but also has a NBR gasket that reduces noise and vibration. The coupling has a connection size of 813 mm. Maximum angular deflection of 6° (2x 3°) is possible, easily compensating for minor misalignments or bends.

Installation

Installing the marine coupling is quick and easy as the captive, non-rotating bolt head has only one bolt size (M12) over the entire range with one bolt torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. The coupling is also equipped with 3 locating plugs. Because these are removable, this ensures that the coupling can easily be slid over the pipe ends. Once installed, these plugs prevent the coupling from moving outside the set limits due to vibrations.
