Product Features

The coupling is made of galvanized ductile iron. The coupling is not only corrosion resistant, but also has a NBR gasket that reduces noise and vibration. The coupling has a connection size of 914,4 mm. Angular deflection up to 6° (2x 3°) is possible, which means that minor misalignments or bends are effortlessly compensated.

Installation

Installing the marine couplings is quick and easy thanks to the fixed, non-rotating bolt head with one bolt size (M12) over the entire range and one bolt tightening torque (55-65 Nm) for all pipe materials. Furthermore, this coupling comes with 3 removable fixation plugs for easy installation over pipe ends. Once installed, these plugs ensure that the coupling is securely fixed between the pipe ends, preventing the couplings from moving due to vibrations.
