Viking Johnson flange adapter AquaFast DN050/063 mm

The AquaFast system from Viking Johnson is specially designed to easily connect PE and PVC pipes. The AquaFast coupling can be installed quickly and easily by simply sliding the pipe into place and tightening it. A strong grip mechanism ensures that the pipes remain easily in place during installation and always remain correctly aligned. This makes replacing and repairing plastic pipes easier than ever.

Application

PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2) and PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201) are both compatible with AquaFast flange adapters. The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 50 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 63 mm on the other side. With a gasket of EPDM, the flange adapter is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Thanks to the ductile iron housing with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, the AquaFast flange adapter offers long-term resistance to abrasion or damage caused by corrosion or chemicals. Furthermore, the AquaFast coupling can accommodate angular deflection up to a maximum of 1.5° over the entire size range of the flange adapter.
