Viking Johnson's AquaFast series is specifically designed to connect PE and PVC pipes quickly and easily. Simply slide the pipe into place and tighten to install the AquaFast coupling. With a strong grip mechanism, it's easy to hold the pipes in place and align them properly during installation, making replacing and repairing plastic pipes easier than ever before.
PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2) and PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201) are both compatible with AquaFast flange adapters. The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 65 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 75 mm on the other side. In addition, this flange adapter has EPDM sealing material and is therefore suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.
Thanks to the ductile iron housing with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, the AquaFast flange adapter offers long-term resistance to abrasion or damage caused by corrosion or chemicals. Furthermore, the AquaFast coupling can accommodate angular deflection up to 1.5° over the entire size range.
