Viking Johnson's AquaFast series is specifically designed to connect PE and PVC pipes quickly and easily. Simply slide the pipe into place and tighten to install the AquaFast coupling. With a strong grip mechanism, it's easy to hold the pipes in place and align them properly during installation, making replacing and repairing plastic pipes easier than ever before.
AquaFast flange adapters are suitable for PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 100 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 110 mm on the other side. With a gasket of EPDM, the flange adapter is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.
This flange adapter is made of ductile iron with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, which makes the AquaFast flange adapter highly resistant to abrasion and damage from chemicals or corrosion. Furthermore, the AquaFast coupling can accommodate angular deflection up to 1.5° over the entire size range.
