Viking Johnson's AquaFast series is specifically designed to connect PE and PVC pipes quickly and easily. Simply slide the pipe into place and tighten to install the AquaFast coupling. With a strong grip mechanism, it's easy to hold the pipes in place and align them properly during installation, making replacing and repairing plastic pipes easier than ever before.
PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2) and PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201) are both compatible with AquaFast flange adapters. The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 100 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 125 mm on the other side. In addition, this flange adapter is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16 due to the gasket of EPDM.
The AquaFast flange adapter is made of ductile iron with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, which makes the coupling resistant to abrasion or damage from corrosion or chemicals. Furthermore, within the entire size range of the AquaFast coupling, an angular deflection of up to 1.5° is possible.
