The Viking Johnson AquaFast Coupling System makes it easy and quick to connect PE and PVC pipes. The coupling is quick and easy to assemble by sliding the pipe into place and tightening the pipe. A strong grip mechanism ensures that the pipes remain easily in place during installation and always remain aligned. Replacing and repairing plastic pipes is now easier than ever before.
The AquaFast flange adapter is suitable for PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 150 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 160 mm on the other side. The gasket of this flange adapter is made of EPDM, making the coupling suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.
The AquaFast flange adapter is made of ductile iron with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, which makes the coupling resistant to abrasion or damage from corrosion or chemicals. Furthermore, the AquaFast coupling can accommodate angular deflection up to a maximum of 1.5° over the entire size range of the flange adapter.
