Description

The AquaFast series from Viking Johnson is designed to easily connect PE and PVC pipes. Simply slide the pipe into place and tighten the coupling. The strong grip mechanism ensures that the pipes remain in place during installation and always remain aligned. This makes it easier than ever to replace and repair plastic pipes.

Application

AquaFast flange adapters are suitable for PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 225 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 225 mm on the other side. This flange adapter is equipped with a gasket of EPDM making it suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Product Features

The AquaFast flange adapter is made of ductile iron with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, which makes the coupling resistant to abrasion or damage from corrosion or chemicals. Furthermore, the AquaFast coupling can accommodate angular deflection up to 1.5° over the entire size range.
