To easily connect PE and PVC pipes, Viking Johnson has developed the AquaFast series. With the AquaFast coupling, you simply slide the pipe into place and tighten it. During installation, a strong grip mechanism ensures that the pipes remain in place and are always correctly aligned. This makes plastic pipes easier to replace and repair.
AquaFast flange adapters are suitable for PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 300 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 315 mm on the other side. In addition, this flange adapter is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16 due to the gasket of EPDM.
This flange adapter is made of ductile iron with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, which makes the AquaFast flange adapter highly resistant to abrasion and damage from chemicals or corrosion. Furthermore, the AquaFast coupling can accommodate angular deflection up to a maximum of 1.5° over the entire size range of the flange adapter.
