Viking Johnson flange adapter MaxiDaptor DN100 107.0-132.0 mm NBR

The MaxiFit range from Viking Johnson has a wide size range and can connect to a variety of pipe materials. This makes the MaxiDaptor, part of the MaxiFit range, ideal for pipes that need to be replaced. Because of the wide size range, only a few couplings must be in stock, and repairs or emergencies can be easily handled. Furthermore, MaxiFit products are very flexible, allowing it to accommodate angular deflection up to 6° when subsidence or alignment errors occur. This makes the coupling a reliable product for the long term.

Application

In accordance with EN 14525, Maxi flange adapters can be used with a variety of pipe materials including steel, PE, PVC, steel, cast iron and AC (AC restraint cannot be guaranteed). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 100 flange on one side and has a non-restraint, wide range connection of DN 100 on the other side. The size range of this connection is minimum 107 mm to maximum 132 mm. In addition, this flange adapter has NBR sealing material and is therefore suitable for gas up to PN 6.

Product Features

Thanks to the ductile iron housing with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, the MaxiDaptor flange adapter offers long-term resistance to abrasion or damage caused by corrosion or chemicals. For the Maxi side, a support liner is recommended when used on a PE pipe. Furthermore, within the entire size range of the MaxiDaptor coupling, an angular deflection of up to 3° is possible.
