Viking Johnson flange adapter MaxiDaptor DN100 107.0-132.0 mm

The MaxiDaptor is part of Viking Johnson's MaxiFit range and is ideal for joining a variety of pipe materials. It is available in a wide range of sizes, making it perfect for repairing broken pipes. The large size range means that only a few sizes must be in stock to cover repairs or emergencies. Furthermore, couplings from the MaxiFit range can withstand angular deviations of up to 6°, resisting subsidence and misalignment, ensuring reliable and long-lasting connections.

Application

In accordance with EN 14525, Maxi flange adapters can be used with a variety of pipe materials including steel, PE, PVC, steel, cast iron and AC (AC restraint cannot be guaranteed). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 100 flange on one side and has a non-restraint, wide range connection of DN 100 on the other side. The size range of this connection is minimum 107 mm to maximum 132 mm. In addition, this flange adapter has EPDM sealing material and is therefore suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Product Features

Thanks to the ductile iron housing with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, the MaxiDaptor flange adapter offers long-term resistance to abrasion or damage caused by corrosion or chemicals. For the Maxi side, a support liner is recommended when used on a PE pipe. Furthermore, it is possible to absorb an angular deflection of up to 3° over the entire size range of the entire MaxiDaptor couplings.
