Viking Johnson flange adapter UltraGrip DN600 676,0-726,0 mm

Viking Johnson's UltraGrip Series is designed to provide a solution for joining non-dedicated pipes made of different materials. It features a gripping mechanism that provides maximum grip around the entire pipe circumference, resisting axial loading. As the internal pressure in the pipe increases, the gripping mechanism's ability to hold the end load increases. Additionally, the grippers are removable, allowing UltraGrip to be converted into a flexible, non-restraint product that allows for axial movement.

Application

In accordance with EN 14525, UltraGrip flange adapters can be used with a variety of pipe materials including steel, PE, PVC, steel, cast iron and AC (AC restraint cannot be guaranteed). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 600 flange on one side and has a restraint, wide range connection of DN 600 on the other side. The size range of this connection is minimum 676 mm to maximum 726 mm. In addition, this flange adapter has EPDM sealing material and is therefore suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Product Features

This flange adapter is made of ductile iron with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, which makes the UltraGrip flange adapter highly resistant to abrasion and damage from chemicals or corrosion. In addition, the specially profiled gasket completely seals pipes, despite damage or corrosion on the pipes. For the UltraGrip side, a support liner is recommended when used on a PE pipe. Furthermore, the UltraGrip coupling can accommodate angular deflection up to 4° over the entire size range.
