The E-XPAND P33 underrun bar is powered by electric actuators. This means no hydraulic unit, hoses or rear connections are required. The underrun bar is supplied pre-assembled and pre-wired, including integrated end position detection.

Compact design, maximum space

Thanks to optimized kinematics, the underrun bar retracts very compactly (approx. 364 mm in the retracted position). This provides additional design freedom for vehicles with limited rear overhang and increases practical loading and unloading space.

Four profile variants

The E-XPAND P33 is available in four different bar profiles:

• U-profile (steel) – suitable for the most compact configuration
• Round steel profile (Ø127 mm) – prevents the accumulation of sand or gravel
• Rectangular aluminium profile – suitable for mounting a license plate
• Aluminium light profile – prepared for lighting integration

This allows you to match the underrun protection to the vehicle type, application and desired finish.

Four arm lengths – 13 combinations

Each profile variant is available in four arm lengths, with an extension range of approximately 400 to 1100 mm. In total, there are 13 possible configurations. This ensures compatibility with various chassis widths and vehicle setups.

The E-XPAND P33 underrun bar holds R58-03 type approval (ECE). The bars feature a durable finish (including cataphoresis coating and anodized aluminium profiles) for long-term protection against weather conditions and intensive use.
