Assemble
Smarter assembly
starts earlier in the chain
In many workshops, parts come in that still need to be processed. Sets that still need to be assembled on the floor. It may seem like a detail, but in practice, it often results in more work than necessary. The schedule is tight, the workload is high, and you want to keep moving. However, the process is unnecessarily delayed because parts are not immediately ready for assembly. Adjustments, measurements, or even improvisations are still needed. And meanwhile, the next task is already waiting.
More and more companies choose to tackle this differently. They move work forward in the chain so that assembly on the shop floor can be done more quickly and intelligently. No more loose parts, but complete sets that are pre-processed and assembled. Precisely tailored to the application. Without unnecessary inventories and delivered just when you need them.
Custom made. Ready for assembly.
At our service center, we combine technical expertise with years of experience in customization and assembly. We process parts to the millimeter accurately and assemble components into sets that are ready for immediate assembly. We also think along with you about fastening and material choices. This ensures not only speed but also reliability on the floor. You prevent errors, save time, and maintain control over the process.
The result is peace in the workshop and more space for your core activities. No additional investment in people or machines. Just a better-running process. Are you unsure if outsourcing is interesting for you? Contact our specialists. Then we'll determine together what makes sense.
What we assemble
Mudguards
We can fully customize mudguards to fit the dimensions and specifications of the vehicle. We deliver them as a complete set, including the correct mountings and, if desired, equipped with mud flaps. Everything is delivered ready-to-install, so you can mount them directly. No extra work on the floor, no surprises during assembly. This saves time, prevents errors, and contributes to a durable, safe finish of the vehicle.
Doors
We can provide doors completely customized. Assembled according to the customer's wishes and specifications. We mount door panels, hinges, locks, and handles into a single unit. Everything is delivered as a complete set. Ready for installation immediately. This prevents extra tasks in the workplace and ensures a predictable process. Less chance of errors, a neat finish, and a door that performs as it should.
Side Boards
We also customize side boards entirely for you. Exactly according to the dimensions, mounting points, and the application of the vehicle. We deliver them as a complete set, including hinges and cover caps. This way, you can easily mount them yourself. No sawing, no improvisation on the work floor. This ensures faster assembly, prevents errors, and provides peace in your process.
Step Systems
Assembled rear steps provide a safe and consistent way to enter and exit the cargo area of a van. Ensuring proper installation minimizes the risk of accidents and saves time for the driver. Assembled rear steps come with instructions for correct use and enhance the overall safety of the driver, passengers, and goods.
Side Guarding
Side guarding is all about precision and regulations. Each application requires a solution that fits the vehicle and complies with the R58.03 standard. We ensure that the dimensions, position, and fittings are correct. The sets are delivered fully assembled. This allows you to install them immediately, without any welding or improvisation. This saves time and provides assurance: safe, neat, and legally compliant.
Hoses and Couplings
From a single hose assembly to large series. From rubber hoses to metal hoses and from flange couplings to dry break safety couplings. At our location in Vlaardingen, we have all the facilities to assemble hoses and couplings on a small and large scale according to specifications, and under an ISO 9001 certified procedure. We can also customize products to your requirements.
This is what it looks like in practice
Curious how we process, assemble, and deliver parts as a complete set? In this short video, we show how it works in practice.
More possible than you think
What you see above is just a selection of the applications we assemble daily. In practice, we think beyond that. From welding and customer-specific adjustments to assembling complete units including the procurement of parts. Even unconventional materials, combinations, or special requests (think of stainless steel with hydraulics, customized profiles, or tailor-made closures) are discussable. That's exactly where we make the difference.
Do you have an idea or challenge where assembly plays a role? We are happy to think along with you. From design to delivery.
