Bitumen Strips
With TOK® tape or the TOKOMAT® system, you create a fast, durable seal for joints and seams in asphalt and concrete. TOK® Tape SK is a self-adhesive bitumen joint tape that can be applied without priming. The TOKOMAT® system allows for quick and even application of the bitumen joint tape over longer distances.
Asphalt Repair
Repair asphalt, also known as cold asphalt, is a cold mix that can be applied quickly and easily to fix potholes in asphalt roads. For even faster curing, reactive asphalt may be a solution. To prevent cracks in the asphalt from causing further damage, we offer various bitumen profile strips in our range. We are happy to advise you!
Wearing Course Tape
Imbema also supports you during the wearing course season. With our PLAKOMAT® machine, you can mask lines with wearing course tape, allowing you to focus on applying wearing courses, coatings, or rejuvenation emulsions. This way, you achieve an average speed of 12 kilometers per day. We offer wearing course tape in various widths.
Concrete Repair
For concrete repair, TOK®-Crete is the ideal repair mortar for various applications. It can be used to fill holes and cracks in concrete roads and runways, as well as damages and corner breaks in concrete edges and surfaces. Thanks to its fast curing time—just 45 minutes—repaired surfaces can be put back into use quickly.
Joint Sealing
For sealing horizontal and vertical joints where high chemical resistance is required, we recommend TOK®-Sil Resist. This is especially important for silos used for animal feed and the storage of slurry, manure, and silo acids. Whether for new construction or repairs, TOK®-Sil Resist is the perfect sealant for these types of joints.
